Rules for posting a matrimonial

This website is for the benefit of the community and hence I would request all to adhere to a few simple rules so that the upkeep of the website doesn't become a issue.
1. Please post it in the form of a newspaper matrimonial, short and crisp, not more than 500 characters (space included). Use common abbreviations to save characters. The web space is limited and hence such a constraint.
2. Try to avoid posting images(photographs) and other space taking materials (heavy files, biodata etc).
3. All one year old posts would be purged to release space. Hence one needs to post again after an year.
